About the Role
A Technical Writer is required who will upgrade and update the large library of technical articles, of which there are currently 60 articles that have been read by over 8,000 enterprise customers. Hence it is a wonderful opportunity to make a big impact in changing the way businesses work with our content. The suitable candidate has diverse experience in technical writing, strong analytical skills, and an interest in creating clear, concise, and exciting documentation.
Your work will contribute to maintaining relevance, accuracy, and alignment of technical content with renewed logistics industry expectation. This team member will partner with cross-product-functional stakeholders to further create documentation driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Content Review & Improvement:
Analyze and modify 60+ technical articles for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Renew and update documentation while addressing the shifting requirements of enterprise customers.
Ensure that all content is in accordance with the latest standards and practices in the logistics industry.
Publishing & Maintenance:
Using basic HTML skills, publish and update articles on the web platform.
Maintain the content repository, keeping documentation current and accessible.
Collaboration and Feedback:
Engage effectively with internal teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to acquire necessary insights and feedback.
Incorporate improvements based on feedback from stakeholders and users to create resources of the highest quality.
Quality Assurance:
Carry out rigorous quality checks to ensure that articles adhere to the company’s clarity and professionalism requirements.
Evaluate customer interactions with documentation and adapt content to increase usability.
Ideal Candidate Profile Logistics Knowledge
Successful experience in creating, analyzing, and updating web-based technical content.
Able to manage and update effectively large amounts of documentation.
HTML:
Working knowledge of HTML for online content publishing and maintenance.
Analytical:
Ability to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in documentation. Very detail-oriented with the ability to ensure content meets current and emerging industry trends.
