About the Role
The Product Designer will work in user-centered design methods to create product experiences that matter. Close collaboration with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders is necessary to develop unique yet usable solutions. The designer will facilitate the execution of these requirements with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. We are looking for someone with a passion for quality, accessibility, and user satisfaction in a continuous improvement environment through user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility is to be a champion for user-centered design in product development.
- This includes working closely with product management, engineering, and internal research to define customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- This role will map and improve user experience through UX research deliverables: personas and journey maps, etc., across the product life cycle.
- Produce and deliver high-quality designs, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual concepts.
- Conduct cross-functional workshops and design sessions for creative problem-solving.
- Testing prototypes and refining solution accordingly with feedback from users.
- All product designs should be easy to use, proper quality, and fully accessible.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (required) with 5+ years of relevant experience in product design.
- Able to cover design activities for specific features of defined products.
- Strong expertise in creating usable designs, templates, prototypes, and guidelines.
- Validating concepts with end-users and proposing improvements.
- Networking: security or related knowledge.
- Experience with user-centered methodologies and research-driven product design.
- Strong collaboration, able to build relationships across teams.
- Strong presentation skills to sell and defend customer-oriented designs within internal teams.
