Name of the Post:
Various posts on specialized surgery in Paediatric cardiac and congenital cardiac surgery, and cardiovascular surgery.
Essential Duties:
The candidates to be selected will be taken to Teaching Hospitals of Punjab, where they will perform complex surgical procedures, undertake the management of patients, and provide special treatment in the paediatric cardiac and cardiovascular field.
Criteria for Eligibility
Qualification:
Candidates must possess:
A recognized MBBS or equivalent qualification from PMC/PMDC,
Postgraduate qualifications like FCPS, MS, FRCS, or Diplomat of the American Board or an equivalent degree or diploma in one of the three fields:
o Paediatric Cardiac Surgery
o Paediatric Cardiovascular Surgery
o Congenital Cardiac Surgery
And in the absence of candidates with the above qualifications, applicants with any of the following qualifications will be considered:
o Cardiac, Cardiothoracic, or Cardiovascular Surgery with 1 year post-graduate experience in Paediatric Cardiac or Cardiovascular Surgery.
o Paediatric Surgery with 3 years post-graduate experience in Paediatric Cardiac or Cardiovascular Surgery.
Experience:
Practical, post-qualification experience in relevant specialties will be considered.

Age Limit:
Male: 25 to 45 years (with a 5-year relaxation up to 50 years)
Female: 25 to 45 years (with an 8-year relaxation up to 53 years)
Transgender applicants: Age based on CNIC content

Registration: A valid Permanent Registration Certificate from PMC/PMDC is mandatory for consideration.
