Customer Care Executive Company: Al Haktur IT Solutions Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full Time About the Role Customers Care Executive is mainly responsible for maintaining a very good operation and service for their clients at Al Haktur IT Solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Engage all inquiries, complaints and service requests in a very effective and professional manner.
- Give a timely and accurate account of our products and services offered to our customers.
- Should be listening and solving customer issues through phone, email and chat support. Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Follow up with customers on any interaction to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Internal Team to resolve technical and service issues.
- Raise tricky cases to the department that would best resolve them.
Qualifications & Skills Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related.
Work Experience: 1-2 Years of customer support work experience, ideally in the IT industry.
Skills
- Excellent communication in both verbal and written modes.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in pressure situations.
