About the Role
We are in search of talented Backend Software Engineers to join us remotely. This is one-of-a-kind involvement in extremely interesting stuff in platform engineering working alongside other cloud natives.
As a Backend Engineer, your main focus will be on designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software that powers the underlying IDP solutions. You’ll be part of the team creating clean, efficient, scalable code to meet our global clients’ needs.
Basically, our stack revolves around Go and runs fully on Kubernetes. Thus, it provides a very modern and strong foundation for developing applications. This would be the right opportunity for an engineer who really loves the agile, fast-moving environment and innovating within platform engineering.
Produce, test, implement, and take care of high-end back-end software programs.
Work together with multi-discipline teams to create an idea for adding a new feature and implement it.
Take part in code reviews and technical designs.
Iterative development cycles work while using an agile methodology.
Optimize the software application for performance and scalability.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practice sessions.
Have hands-on experience writing clean, structured, maintainable code.
Backend using programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, or similar.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
Work remotely with a UTC-1 to UTC+3 time zone (Berlin ±2 hours).
Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with the love for engineering innovative solutions.
