Position Summary
Primarily for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership-level positions, the entire recruitment for Strategy and Initiatives programs. This is a full-time work from home role in which flexibility is provided toward career development and management training.
Experience Levels & Salary Band
- 0-1 year – Assistant Manager, Strategy and Initiatives ($6,000- $8,400 per annum)
- 1-3 years: Manager, Strategy and Initiatives ($8,400-$12,000 per annum)
- 3-5 years – AGM, DGM – Strategy and Initiatives ($12,000-$14,400 per annum)
- 5+: GM, AVP- Strategy and Initiatives ($14,400-$18,000 per annum)

Requirements
- Education: A master’s degree from an A-rated or B-rated institution will be an advantage.
- Skills: Well versed in Microsoft world, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Soft Skills: Negotiation, leadership, multitasking under pressure.
